The clean up begins...

Progress so far...

...not too interesting i'm afraid!  Grass cutting, removal of fallen fruit trees and large rocks from throughout the garden.  

On the above right picture, behind the far wall there are mature trees.  They will act as a natural wind break from the harsh winds blowing in from the East.

Also met the chickens, they seem a bit shy but happy enough with their new tidy garden. In the picture with the chickens you can see the North wall, beyond the wall there is a wooded area, again good protection from the nasty Northern winds.
